I have to say that Karen at Gulf Gateway Realty is exceptional! Karen has helped us buy and sell properly in the Cape, though this most recent dealings was for a sale. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the area. The laws constantly change and Karen stays current guides you through the entire process. Karen went above and beyond to help us secure the best price for the sale of our house, her negotiations skills are excellent and she brings a friendly truthful approach!
